Thank you so much for scheduling a reading with one of our practitioners!

Please note, that it takes time to generate your chart in order to deliver the most optimal reading; there is extensive pre-work. 

Each practitioner has a specific amount of readings that she can do per week to be in energetic integrity to all clients. 

While we understand life happens and things come up, please note that some practitioners are scheduled out months in advance and will not be able to work you into their schedule if you cancel last minute or no-show. 

For all these reasons, we ask that you please do your best to keep your appointment. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 

Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your reading will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate subsequent clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided. 

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit the session and no refund will be given. 

Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in the case of the practitioner needing to cancel the appointment.
